Making A Meal
On the Sabbath (Holy Day of Rest), you can make a meal to take time to rest and honor the Sabbath. It can help Keep The Sabbath Holy as we are instructed in The Ten Commandments. The time is intended to benefit all parties and to honor God who is above all of us. We have some tips on mindfulness, valuing your time, and your meal before we give you a recipe you can make.
Mindfulness
The seven heavenly virtues are (1) humility, (2) charity, (3) chastity, (4) gratitude, (5) temperance, (6) patience, and (7) diligence. For the Sabbath
all churches and religions should be honored with these virtues to maintain kindness and respect and Keep the Holy Day Of Rest Holy as The Ten Commandments instruct us to do. It is important we learn how to be kind and respect others and to treat different groups, and different things, differently. The Sabbath is a time to take a time away from heavy things and find forgiveness.

Value Your Time
We spend a lot of time in the workshop, but it is important to take breaks. Every weekend when we can, we celebrate with a special lunch. In our tradition The Sabbath is on Sunday. The Sabbath is described as the day of rest for the ether to cool and collect and figure. It is a lighter day with light activity and call upon emergency where you are asked to respect peace. We like to make a fish and chips recipe.

Preparing A Church Friendly Meal
We often make fish and chips (or fish sticks and fries). It is intended to be a low stress snack for our day that is economical and for the whole family. We have included a recipe. We often make less food and be respectful. We might make a special tea with spices, honey, milk, and/or cream.

Extra Spiritual Help Or Midweek Shabbat (A Midweek Meal)
You can make a light meal of chicken or poultry or fish and spice it how you like at home to take a break and Honor God. Finally, remember we contribute as citizens and are to respect the laws of kindness and church, and regulations and state, but we are to take a break from such things, also. We all learn and develop, and rest is an important part. God Bless! SWIA Church.
